Grilled Curry Chicken

This is a yummy, 3 ingredient recipe that makes a lovely grilled chicken perfect for a crisp romaine salad or in a pita or flatbread.

 

 

 

 

 Curry Chicken

 You’ll need:

 1. Chicken (any cut)

2. Curry Powder

3. Greek Yogurt

Smoother Chicken with Greek yogurt and curry powder. Let marinate overnight or at least 4 hours.

Grill….

 

Served over a bed of greens with a touch of Feta cheese and creamy avocados. Yum! Or try in a fresh flatbread!

Leftovers:
I put diced grilled curry chicken in Trader Joe’s Tomato Soup…oh-my-goodness-YUM! Got an impressed phone call from AJ at lunch time for this one!
